As the Metro de Barcelona operator, TMB maintains high-quality self-imposed standards to ensure excellent service.
Metro de Barcelona's goal for 2025 is to provide a better offer in the best possible conditions. To this end, the following improvements are envisaged:
- Commissioning of the central section of Line 9/10
- Extension of L1 in Badalona with 2 new stations
- Extension of L3 in Esplugues de Llobregat with 2 new stations
- Extension of L4 in Barcelona with 3 new stations
- Incorporation of 96 new trains for network extensions, as well as improved frequencies, technological innovations and better user information.
- 100% of stations and interchanges accessible
